You will be responsible for two pharmacies with central locations and a strong local presence in both Nässjö and Vetlanda. Both pharmacies operate in competitive areas, with good accessibility for customers and close ties to the local community.

The pharmacy in Nässjö has recently developed in line with an expanded mandate. This means there is a clear focus on further developing working methods, creating structure, and building a stable foundation for continued success.

In your role as Pharmacy Manager, you are responsible for the financial and operational results of the pharmacies, as well as leading and developing the business and employees. You drive development forward with a focus on structure, stability, and goal achievement – always with quality, care, and customer needs at the center.

Through your leadership, you ensure that the team has the right conditions to thrive, perform, and provide our customers with the best possible service and advice.

As Pharmacy Manager for Apoteket Loket in Nässjö and Lejonet in Vetlanda, you play a key role in creating a stable and well-functioning operation where both people and business develop.

• Lead and develop your team through secure and present leadership with a focus on coaching and feedback.
• Ensure efficient operations and high quality in the business according to Apoteket's guidelines.
• Work actively with goals, follow-up, and results to reach and exceed set targets.
• Drive sales and develop the business, including work with new offers and customer experience.
• Create structure and stability in a changing business.
• Be responsible for working environment, competence development, and staffing.
• Collaborate closely with the regional manager and other pharmacies to develop the business.

You have:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Pharmacy Manager.
• Experience from the pharmacy industry.
• An educational background as a pharmacist, dispensing pharmacist, or pharmacy technician.
• The ability to work systematically and drive the business towards clear goals.
• A coaching and present leadership style where you see and develop your employees.

As a person, you are stable and secure in your leadership, with the ability to handle change and create engagement even in challenging situations. You are result-oriented, collaborative, and have a good ability to create structure and get others on board towards common goals.
