Job Description

As a physiotherapist, you will visit patients of all ages in their home environments. We do not have a clinic; instead, we travel to the patients. We have four district areas in the municipality, and we work in geographical teams. We also have a team within disability care and one within short-term care.

Your main tasks include motivating patients towards health and an active lifestyle. You assess needs, evaluate function, and carry out rehabilitative interventions with clear goals. Sometimes you see the patient alone, and sometimes together with a colleague. You have a rehab assistant and nursing staff to assist you, delegating certain tasks to them. Prescribing walking and training aids is also part of your work. Collaboration is very important to us, and together in the team, we perform risk assessments to prevent illness in patients. We work closely together, and collegial support is a given.

Qualifications

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the field is an advantage.

You are good at working independently and in a structured manner. You collaborate with colleagues in the team and take responsibility for your contribution to the whole. We value traits such as being innovative, decisive, meticulous, and confident. You are expected to share the municipality's values. You have good experience with IT-based medical record systems and can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Experience with Combine and Cosmic Link is a plus. A driver's license is required. We offer individual competence development.

About Us and Application

Our workplace is centrally located with proximity to the train station. If you would like to form your own opinion about our workplace, you are welcome to visit for a day and shadow a colleague to see how we work and who we are. We are proud of our workplace and are happy to tell you more. Contact us, and we will arrange a suitable date. We hope we have captured your interest and that you want to be part of our exciting development of health and medical care. We look forward to receiving your application!

To ensure patient safety, a certificate of good conduct for work with the elderly and persons with disabilities must be presented before employment. You order the certificate yourself from the Police, and it must not be older than six months.

We offer benefits such as holiday exchange, favorable bicycle schemes, wellness allowances, and good opportunities for competence development.
