The Role of the Dentist

As a dentist with us, you will meet patients of all ages with different care needs. You will work with preventive dental care, examinations, and more advanced treatments, giving you the opportunity to use your full professional competence in your daily work.

You play a key role in the patient's long-term oral health and are responsible for holistic assessment, planning, and follow-up of care. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating secure, high-quality, and equitable dental care for our patients.

At Rydaholm Public Dental Care, you will work in a smaller team with close cooperation and good cohesion. The clinic collaborates closely with Vråen Public Dental Care in Värnamo, creating good opportunities for experience sharing, cooperation, and development. There is also an opportunity to work part of the time at Vråen.

At Vråen Public Dental Care, 24 employees work together in an open work climate where cooperation and development are a natural part of everyday life. The broad patient base contributes to variation in work and good opportunities for professional development. The clinic has also taken steps towards a more digital way of working and has access to intraoral cameras, intraoral scanners, and microscopes for endodontics.

At Gnosjö Public Dental Care, 15 employees work in a modern clinic where community, engagement, and continuous improvement are in focus. Here, you will meet patients of all ages with varying care needs, while becoming part of a team that enjoys working together and learning from each other.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist with an interest in both pediatric and adult dental care, whether you are newly graduated or more experienced. You thrive in meetings with people and see the value of good communication, high service, and professional interaction.

As a person, you are secure, quality-conscious, and responsible. You find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment. We are looking for you who share the Public Dental Care's values and vision of good and equitable dental care for all residents of the region.

You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B-class driver's license is meritorious as travel may occur in the role.
