We are looking for night staff for our service apartments in Värnamo.

We are now seeking a dedicated employee for night work at our service apartments in central Värnamo.

As night staff, you work together with a colleague and are responsible for care and support in three service apartments. The facilities are within comfortable walking distance of each other, which gives you variety in your work while also making you an important part of creating security and continuity for our users during the night hours.

Interviews are conducted continuously while the advertisement is published.

An extract from the police record (criminal record) is required.

Responsibilities

To provide support and service according to the user's individual needs and wishes as per implementation plans. You perform day-to-day, planned support measures and activities together with the user. The support measures should promote the user's integrity and participation and are carried out with respect for the user's self-determination. The user's needs should be at the center, and the person's views should be actively taken into account. The user should receive support and the right to determine their own life and develop their abilities to live as independently as possible. The work is based on a pedagogical and motivating approach in close cooperation with the user's network and other staff.

The responsibilities also include rehabilitation, IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Vård- och omsorgsprogrammet (Care and Nursing Programme), Barn- och fritidsprogrammet (Child and Youth Programme), or other education that the employer deems equivalent, as well as good computer skills. Experience working with people who need support in daily life in various ways is meritorious.

You are sensitive, reflective, and have a low-affective approach in your interactions. You have a pedagogical mindset and are clear in your communication. You can adapt your working style to the individual and the situation and have a respectful approach with empathetic ability. You are good at collaborating with others but must also be able to take personal responsibility and work independently. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Conditions

Ability to speak and write Swedish.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police record) must be presented before an offer of employment is made.
