Vårdcentral Nyhälsan, part of Bräcke Diakoni, is now looking for a nurse who wants to contribute to safe and cohesive care in an ideologically driven organization.

Your role in the team

As a nurse at Nyhälsan, you play an important role in the patient's journey through care – from assessment and counseling to follow-up. You use your skills broadly in your own nurse-led clinic, in digital contacts, and in close collaboration regarding patients. Around you are district nurses, specialist doctors, care coordinators, and rehab teams. Together, we help each other see the patient's whole situation and find solutions that work over time.
