The Role of Midwife

Welcome to the small Women's Clinic with big opportunities! We are looking for a midwife who wants a varied role in a workplace where collaboration, development, and job satisfaction are in focus. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally while becoming part of a workplace with strong camaraderie and a high level of commitment to our patients.

We offer you a permanent position with rotation between two of our departments. You will have a varied workload where one of the rotations will be towards the maternity ward. The position is permanent, full-time, with a start date to be agreed upon. Unsocial hours and weekend work (1 out of 5 weekends) are included. There is also the possibility to work exclusively on weekends, where full-time corresponds to 28 hours per week.

Here, you will work at a medium-sized clinic with good medical results, where camaraderie plays a significant role. Your Future Workplace

The Women's Clinic provides women's health care, youth clinics, specialist maternity care, fetal medicine clinics, gynecological care units and clinics, as well as delivery and neonatal services. A large part of our operations takes place at Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö, but the women's health clinics and youth clinics are located at six family centers in the Höglandet region.

Based on the needs of the operation as well as your experience and preferences, there are opportunities to tailor a position that suits both you and the workplace.

Daily work involves handling both planned and acute care. You build good relationships with patients and their relatives, and collaborate with other healthcare providers and authorities.
