What does the role entail?
As an optometrist at Synsam, you are the heart of our operations. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. Using state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend optical aids to our customers to the highest clinical standards.

You will become part of an engaged team alongside the Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors. Together, you will inspire our customers to make successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.

We are looking for an optometrist who:

• ✨ Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• ✨ Is attentive to customer needs and has a pronounced focus on quality.
• ✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
• ✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• ✨ Holds a license as an optometrist – with or without a DO/Master's degree.

Of course, we also expect you to have a passion for eye health!
