As a reception guard at Addici, you are the first point of contact for our visitors and a central part of creating a safe and welcoming impression. Here you will have a varied role where you combine traditional reception duties with important security responsibilities – always with a focus on quality and professionalism.

About the role

The reception is the heart of the operation and creates the first impression for our visitors. As a guard at the reception, you are the one who meets every visitor with security and service. You need to be able to prioritize, make quick decisions, and act with a security mindset in all situations. We staff the reception in the evenings and on weekends, and your duties include both classic reception tasks and security-related interventions.

Examples of duties:

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Other administrative tasks
• Patrolling the building

Who are you?

You are passionate about security and service and thrive working both independently and in a team. You are positive, outgoing, and inspire confidence through your competence and responsibility. Good communication skills, flexibility, and a strong security mindset are crucial. Naturally, you are drug-free, have a clean criminal record, and have your personal finances in order. With your professionalism and commitment, you deliver five-star service.

We are looking for you:

• Valid guard training (väktarutbildning)
• High school diploma
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Meritorious: experience in stationary guarding and service professions
• Ability to quickly learn new digital systems

• Start date: Immediately
• Probation period: 6 months
