Capio Eye Globen and Sophiahemmet are looking for a Nursing Assistant for our clinic and operating room

Here, you will work together with experienced specialist doctors, nurses, optometrists, and administrative staff in a well-functioning operation characterized by strong teamwork and genuine commitment to patients. We continuously work on developing our working methods, workflows, and techniques – together.

You will work both at our clinic and in the operating room. The clinic unit is located in the Globen area, and our operating unit is located at Sophiahemmet. Both clinics are newly built and have good transport links in a vibrant local area.

We have care agreements with Region Stockholm. We also serve insurance and private customers.

Your Role

Work at the clinic involves assisting our clinic doctors with OCT camera examinations, which is a non-contact scan of the eye. When working in the operating room, you are responsible for informing and preparing the patient for cataract surgery.

The work is performed during daytime hours: Monday–Friday.

About You

Experience in eye care for clinic work and operations is meritorious but not a requirement. Since teamwork is an important part of your job, you have good collaboration skills. Both tasks and work pace can vary, so you should enjoy variety and have the ability to take initiative. We have high demands for medical competence, but we also place great emphasis on personal qualities and social skills.

Employment Terms: Full-time. Working hours Monday–Friday. Start date by agreement. 6-month probation period.
