Are you a licensed psychologist with a strong interest in investigating developmental disabilities in children with somatic conditions? We are now looking for a colleague for a permanent position within Child Neuropsychology and the KNUT clinic at Karolinska University Hospital, Solna.

About the position
As a neuropsychologist with us, you will work within the highly specialized pediatric care at Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital, often with young children who have complex neurological abnormalities.
In this role, you will primarily work as a psychologist at the KNUT clinic (Cognitive Neurological Assessment in Team), conducting developmental assessments of children within a multidisciplinary team. The mission is to investigate developmental disabilities in children aged 2 to 17.
Our team consists, in addition to psychologists, of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, special educators, and pediatric neurologists. Here, you meet to address complex issues in a somatic environment and share each other's knowledge and experiences.
Child neuropsychology is a field in constant development, and we encourage our psychologists to engage in continuous professional development. Method development and developmental work, both in collaboration with psychology colleagues and other professions, are a natural part of the job.
Supervision of students and participation in developmental and research projects may occur.
The position is a permanent role starting from 2026-09-16.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed psychologist.
- Good knowledge of neuropsychological assessment.
- Documented experience in assessing preschool children.
Merits:
- Training in assessment using ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule).
- Training in ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised).
- Experience with Bayley-4 or/and Griffiths III.
- Specialist competence in neuropsychology or clinical child and adolescent psychology.
