About the position

Meliva Health Centre Bagarmossen is located in central Bagarmossen, close to both the subway and green areas. Ambitious and driven doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, and psychologists work here. The health centre has approximately 12,000 registered patients. We focus on collegiality and collaboration, and at our centre, we value initiative, respect, and a solution-oriented approach. In your role at the health centre, you will primarily work with outpatient services – both scheduled and urgent visits – and have the opportunity for digital consultations. The patient group is diverse, and you will work in close collaboration with a competent and supportive team. The health centre also provides home care services with approximately 150 registered patients.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a specialist in general medicine
• Has good communication skills and works professionally and empathetically
• Thrives in teamwork but is also self-reliant
• Actively contributes to organizational development and quality assurance
• Has a holistic perspective on patient needs and the mission of primary care
• Experience from previous work with home care services is an advantage.
