Our outpatient clinic is located in Globen, while our surgical unit is situated at Sophiahemmet. This gives you the opportunity to work in modern facilities with efficient patient flows and close collaboration between the outpatient clinic and the surgical unit. Good transport connections to both units make commuting easy.

We are looking for a specialist doctor in ophthalmology with broad clinical competence and several years of experience working in an eye clinic.

The work consists of general ophthalmology within outpatient care for the clinic, with working hours Monday–Friday. You will work with patient assessments, treatments, and follow-ups, contributing to high patient safety and smooth patient flows.

We have a care agreement for specialized eye care with Region Stockholm.

This position is primarily focused on outpatient work within general ophthalmology. For those who also have interest and experience in other parts of eye care, there is an opportunity to contribute based on the operation's needs and your competence.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed physician with specialist certification in ophthalmology.

• Has several years of experience as a specialist doctor in eye care.

• Has experience working in an eye clinic.

• Is confident in your specialist role and can independently make medical assessments and clinical decisions.

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
