To Doktor.Se Katarina Bangata Health Center, we are now looking for an ST (Specialization Training) doctor who is interested in the future of primary care.

About Us

Katarina Bangata Health Center is a well-functioning health center located in new premises on Södermalm. We have approximately 4,300 registered patients and work on behalf of Region Stockholm.

Our operations are characterized by good cooperation, short decision-making paths, and a strong focus on patient safety and working environment. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for an aspiring ST doctor who wants to grow with us.

We work in teams, where doctors and nurses share patient lists. Our goal is for the patient to meet the same doctor and nurse as much as possible – to increase continuity, security, and quality.

We have a special focus on our elderly patients and work structurally based on our self-developed chronic care clinic, where we annually follow up on the patient's diagnoses, risk factors, and treatment goals based on age and comorbidity. This approach contributes to good continuity, early detection of new conditions, and secure, quality-assured follow-up.

Digital tools are a natural part of our work and are used to increase accessibility, efficiency, and reduce administration.

About the Role

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with an initial probationary period. After a successful probationary period, your ST in general medicine begins.

In the role of ST doctor, you will work broadly with different patient groups. You are part of the large team but, under supervision, work independently and follow your own patients in the smaller team. Here, you have the opportunity to use your medical knowledge and develop within your profession.

Examples of tasks include:

• Doctor's clinic
• Elderly care
• Child health services
• On-call clinic
• Participation in team and development work

Good supervision and accessibility to colleagues are our focus. As an ST doctor, you should never feel alone in your decisions, and an open consultation climate is of great importance to us.

About You

We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to develop medically and in their professional role. We believe you are a flexible person and engaged in your work as a doctor. We want you to put your patients in focus and value collaboration with other colleagues. Other qualifications for the position are:

• Medical license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Positive towards development work and new ways of working
• Experience in primary care is an advantage
