Welcome to us
With us, you will become part of the Procurement Unit for Social Psychiatry, which consists of 33 case workers, including one outreach worker. The operations are led by three unit managers and one area manager.
We are now looking for you who want to take on a temporary position of approximately one year and become part of an engaged and development-oriented operation where you have the opportunity to make a difference every day.

Your role
As a social worker and assistance case worker, you will have the opportunity to work with the individual at the center and make a real difference in people's daily lives. The role is both meaningful, varied, and developmental.
You work with adults who need support measures in their daily lives. With the individual's needs in focus, you investigate the need for interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and follow up on decided interventions. The assignment includes meeting the individual and their relatives, as well as collaborating with other actors to create good conditions for the right support. You will also become part of the unit's development work and contribute to developing the operations.
The investigation work is carried out with the support of the investigation and follow-up system DUR. You are responsible for conducting legally secure investigations and writing statements based on current legislation and legal practice.
Your competence and experience
For this position, you are required to have:
- A degree in Social Work
- Experience in assistance assessment or the target group
- Very good computer skills
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience with Stockholm City – Paraplyet and DUR
- Knowledge of MI, motivational interviewing
