RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teaching teacher in English for grades 7-9 at the Upper Secondary School's Introduction Programme, you are responsible for structured and inclusive teaching. You work both independently and in teams, where we together develop teaching with the student in focus.

You contribute by:

• Planning and conducting teaching based on steering documents and students' needs and prerequisites
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Being a clear leader and role model in the classroom
• Being a mentor and supporting students' social and academic development
• Building good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
• Actively participating in the team's joint development work
• Using digital tools to develop teaching

• Sharing knowledge and experiences in an open and supportive climate
• Working together to create a safe and learning environment
• Encouraging initiatives and ideas that develop the operations

QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, one works in a development-oriented manner and sees opportunities in new ideas and methods. Collaboration is part of everyday life and is characterized by attentive communication and constructive solutions. You need to have pedagogical insight and be able to adapt teaching to different prerequisites so that learning becomes meaningful for every student. A structured working style with good planning and the ability to keep timeframes is also important to create stability in daily work.

For the assignment, the following is required:

• Teaching certification with eligibility in English for grades 7-9
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing

Good knowledge of the upper secondary school's steering documents, as well as experience with digital tools in teaching, is meritorious. We would like you to have eligibility in more subjects. It is also meritorious if you have taught students in need of special support.
