Lilla Sätraskolan belongs to the Sätra principal's area, which is a growing and multicultural district. In our schools, students from different cultures meet and learn from each other. Lilla Sätraskolan is located near fantastic outdoor environments, and approximately 300 students in grades 3-5 attend the school. We are now looking for an engaged primary school teacher for grades 3-5, starting September 1, 2026. You are warmly welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities
Are you a relationship-building person who enjoys leading, motivating, and finding new ways to create a positive learning environment? Then this position might be right for you! Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a joyful, varied, and high-quality school day where the students' development and well-being are in focus. You support and challenge the students so that they achieve good academic results and adapt the teaching to their different needs and prerequisites. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other educators, student health services, guardians, and external actors, and is performed according to current goals and guidelines.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- You are responsible for the planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of the teaching.
- You work with mapping students' needs and adapt the teaching to their prerequisites.
- You contribute to a secure and inspiring learning environment in collaboration with colleagues, student health services, and guardians.
Qualifications
- We are looking for you with a teaching degree and teaching license with eligibility to teach in grades 3-5 and the subjects SVA (Swedish as a Second Language) and Swedish.
- As a teacher, you need to have the ability to express yourself well in the Swedish language, as well as general knowledge and experience with digital tools.
- You are also familiar with and have knowledge of the curriculum for primary school.
To succeed in the role, you are:
- Relationship-building and proactive, with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships and create security, well-being, and inclusion for the students.
- Calm and stable in challenging situations, where you maintain focus and can handle pressure in a professional manner.
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to quickly adjust based on the changing needs of the operations and students.
- Collaborative and solution-focused, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to working together with colleagues and other actors.
- A structured and motivating leader, who plans and conducts teaching based on the curriculum's goals and has a strong belief that all students can succeed.
The final candidate must be able to provide a police certificate of good conduct for work in schools or preschools. This should not be attached to your application.
