Description

To Tallåsen's Leisure Centre (Fritidshem), we are looking for a certified employee who is calm and structured, stress-resistant, and ready to take on varied tasks, with a burning interest in the mission of the leisure centre. You have the ability to prioritize, are solution-focused, take initiative, are accustomed to seeing the big picture and taking charge of what needs to be done, and always work with the students' best interests in focus. We place great value on good teamwork skills and a positive attitude. You have a genuine interest in the students' development and learning, see opportunities, and dare to try new working methods.

You must also be able to teach textile crafts to grades 3–6 as part of your role.

Responsibilities

The position involves working in both the leisure centre and the school. You will develop the pedagogical activities in the leisure centre and school, collaborate with teachers and other staff, and teach textile crafts.

Qualifications

You should be a leisure pedagogue/teacher for leisure centres or hold a teaching license with qualification in crafts. A license is required.

We also look for someone who is independent, stable, has good teamwork skills, is relationship-building, has good leadership skills, is clear, and structured in their work.
