The Adult Psychiatry Clinic in Trelleborg is a workplace where job satisfaction and community are important parts of our shared daily life. At our clinic, we work to maintain the small-town feel, which is appreciated by both patients and staff. The clinic belongs to the General Psychiatry Outpatient Care Area Malmö/Trelleborg.

Our mission is to investigate, assess, and treat patients with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety disorders, OCD, severe crises, personality disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We collaborate with other agencies such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, social services, and occupational health services.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking forward to welcoming two new colleagues to our clinic and are seeking nurses with a genuine interest in people!

Here, you will often encounter complex and exciting care pathways in a dynamic environment where your skills offer great opportunities to make a difference for the patient. The clinic's work is based on interprofessional teams where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other.

As a nurse, you independently perform treatment work, motivational interviewing, crisis processing, suicide risk assessments, medication follow-ups, and dispensary duties. You work both individually and in groups.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. Here, you also have the opportunity to use flexitime and plan and organize your work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a registered nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We would like you to have further education in psychiatry. Furthermore, experience working in psychiatric outpatient care and knowledge of Melior are merits.

As a person, you have good self-awareness and enjoy working independently. Additionally, you are a structured person who takes responsibility within the framework of your tasks, mission, and profession. We consider it a given that you are open and have a pleasant manner in dealing with patients and colleagues. Since we work in teams, it is also important that you thrive in and contribute to good collaboration. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
