The assignment
In the role of qualified case officer, you will handle requests for the disclosure of public documents and register extracts in accordance with GDPR.
You will also be responsible for managing the digital training for new employees, providing information and support regarding public documents and requests for public documents, as well as any related boundary areas to the operations.
The role also includes responsibility for reclaiming funds from the Migration Agency regarding newly arrived individuals.
What you need to bring with you
Requirements
- You must have a law degree or another academic education assessed by the employer as equivalent.
- You must have acquired good knowledge of the legislation on public documents, as well as openness and confidentiality.
- We see that you are comfortable working in digital environments and have good knowledge of the Office package.
Merits
- Previous experience working with issues regarding public documents and requests.
- Previous work within social services or other public administration.
- Good knowledge of the business system and Lifecare IFO (individual and family care).
- Good knowledge of the case management system Platina.

Welcome to us
You will belong to the administrative unit. The unit is led by a unit manager, and within the unit, we are 19 employees. Within the unit, we are responsible for, among other things, the Social Board's archives, registry, board secretariat, administrative support to operations, and other administrative tasks.
Employment form, extent, and start
- Employment form: The position is a fixed-term appointment for 11 months with the possibility of extension.
- Extent: 100%
- Start: Immediate start or as agreed
For this role, the starting salary is normally between 35,000 SEK - 38,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.
Probationary employment may be applied to in the case of permanent employment.
Interviews will begin after the application period ends.
