About Gottfridsbergsgård

Gottfridsbergsgård is centrally located in Linköping, close to green areas where we can make excursions together with the residents. It is also close to the library, the cathedral, or the city's shops. If the residents wish to sit outside, there is a nice outdoor area with a fountain, seating, and flower beds. We have 36 resident places distributed across 4 units, three of which are dedicated to people with dementia.

The night team consists of 10 people in total. You work on a fixed schedule and alternate between the units. Working hours are 21:00–07:00, and there are 4 staff members working per night.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

Your experience and knowledge

We want you to be a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. You need to have experience working with people with cognitive impairment and be skilled in interacting with people who have dementia. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
