We are looking for temporary staff for Attendo Säbo Brushanen in central Linköping. Brushanen is a pleasant nursing home with a somatic focus and 31 care beds, located close to both the travel center and the city's pulse. The operations are spread over three floors and surrounded by a peaceful and appreciated garden environment.
Here, you will meet a knowledgeable and engaged team consisting of an operations manager, assistant operations manager, nurse, assistant nurses, and care assistants. Together, we create a high-ambition operation where quality, care, and professionalism permeate the daily work.
About the role
As a care assistant here, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a large part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that brighten the everyday life for our elderly residents.
Your duties include among other things:
- Personal care according to the operation's routines, starting from the customer's individual needs and wishes
- Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed
- Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
- Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Care assistant education of at least 800 credits
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (speaking and writing)
- Good computer skills/computer literacy
Merits:
- Experience from care work in nursing homes
- Experience with delegation
