At Attendo, we are currently looking for registered nurses to join our Säbo team in Linköping.

About the role
As a nurse at our residential facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions regarding actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse at Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual.

Main responsibilities

  • Medication management
  • Working in national quality registers
  • Mentoring care staff
  • Care responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by working together with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse
  • At least three years of professional experience, preferably within elderly care
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Merits if you additionally have:

  • Experience from working in private care operations
  • Experience in mentoring
  • Education in geriatrics or district nursing

About the recruitment process
