To Doktor.se Mirum Vårdcentral, we are now looking for an engaged Diabetes Nurse who wants to become part of a wonderful team and contribute to developing tomorrow's primary care together with us.

About the role

As a Diabetes Nurse at Doktor.se Mirum Vårdcentral, you work based on patient needs and evidence. You are professional in your interactions and always prioritize putting the patient first.

Your responsibilities include:

• Standard clinic duties
• Advice via phone and chat
• Triage and handling of acute patient flows
• Education, support, and counseling for patients with diabetes
• Contribute to the development of our diabetes care and improvement work
• Participate in developing primary care by implementing digital-physical processes

About you

Your qualifications:

• Registered Nurse or District Nurse
• Specialist competence or experience in diabetes care
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Practical details

• The desired start date is as soon as possible, but we of course take into account your notice period and preferences.
• The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probation period of 6 months.
• Your location will be at Mirum Vårdcentral, Lidaleden 12.
