About the Position

Responsibilities:

• Service interventions, HSL interventions, and nursing care according to assistance decisions
• Documentation according to current routines
• Collaboration with managers, colleagues, relatives, and other professional groups

Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends according to the schedule.

We may have clients who are smokers or have pets.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or have experience working in elderly care/home care and want to work with us in Norrköping.

We prefer that you have good local knowledge of Norrköping Municipality.

The position is initially a needs-based employment, but the goal is fixed-term or permanent employment.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license (Must be stated in the application)
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and make own decisions
• Good teamwork skills and professional attitude
• Responsible, flexible, and confident in the professional role
• Ability to cycle
