The Social Services Administration is responsible for measures, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and are to implement measures regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by an individual-centered approach to meet the individual's needs. The assignment involves a strong customer focus and service spirit.

The Home Health Care in Motala Municipality consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehab assistants. We work in teams together with elderly care, LSS activities, and day activities for the benefit of our citizens.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nurse for municipal health and medical care with a role in the on-call service, which implies working during daytime, evenings, and every other weekend.

The on-call service is based in premises at Södra Allén in Motala. The work during on-call hours includes both planned cases and unplanned assessments as well as interventions from collaborating partners within healthcare. As a nurse in the on-call service, you will meet patients in both ordinary housing and special housing.

Working in the on-call service is a rewarding job for you who like challenges, varying workload/assignments, and appreciate independent work. No day is like the other.

It is a varied and exciting assignment with good opportunities for personal development. You will make independent assessments and lead and carry out health and medical care interventions.

You will plan measures and conduct follow-ups, handle medications, infusions, and medical technical equipment. You plan the work based on the individual's conditions and needs. You are an important contact for primary care and specialist care.

We are looking for you who want to work evenings and weekends with us. We offer you, who want to be available for us during these times, a reduced full-time equivalent of 33.25h/week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You must have a B-driver's license for a car with a manual transmission
• Licensed Nurse

Skills

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.

Experience

Preferably with experience in the nursing profession.

You are confident in yourself, stand up for your opinions, and have the courage to speak up when necessary. You have the ability to separate fact from person and can feel secure even in uncertain situations.

Work well with other people. Relate to them in a listening and smooth way. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through a status-free focus on the common goal.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
