RESPONSIBILITIES

Here, you will handle common tasks for a medical secretary at a health centre. This involves a variety of administrative duties to support other staff in their daily work. Your responsibilities include printing medical record notes, handling mail and referrals, and patient registration. Many of our doctors use speech recognition software (TIK), which means the volume of dictated medical records varies. The role also includes reception duties, invoice processing, reviewing and following up on statistics, as well as document scanning. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of routines and collaboration methods.

The work is highly varied, and we collaborate closely with other professional categories present at the centre, creating a good working environment and ensuring patient-safe care.

You should have good knowledge of medical terminology and Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience from primary care is considered an advantage. Knowledge of the medical record system PMO is also viewed as a benefit for this position.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and structured. It is important that you take initiative and are accustomed to working independently while maintaining strong teamwork skills. Your commitment and positive attitude contribute to a good work climate where we all support each other and collaborate to provide our patients with the best possible care.
