Your role at Fragus Group As a Key Account Manager at Fragus Group, you will have overall responsibility for developing and managing sales within your assigned territory. You will work strategically to identify and secure new high-potential business opportunities while managing and developing existing customer relationships. This is an operational role involving close contact with customers, requiring regular travel to meet both clients and potential business partners. You will become part of a Nordic sales team and contribute to its success. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with car dealers and partners, identifying and processing new business opportunities, and driving the entire sales process from prospecting to agreement and follow-up. You will also create business strategies to develop your key accounts and contribute to the team's common goals and growth. Are you the right person for this role? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, finance, or insurance sectors. You have an established and relevant network, are business-driven, structured, and goal-oriented. You possess strong communication skills and build trust over the long term. Additionally, you have excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver's license (Category B). We seek someone who is passionate about service, understands and can explain technical functions and solutions, and is genuinely interested in helping our customers who have suffered damage to their cars. You must be meticulous, structured, and efficient in your daily work, as we handle many damage cases simultaneously. Operating in a constantly evolving market requires you to be adaptable, curious, and positive towards changes and new ways of working. You are a team player with strong collaboration skills who enjoys energizing the team.
