In this role, you have a central function in streamlining construction processes for customers, while ensuring a professional and service-oriented approach. Working hours are during daytime Monday to Friday; you choose your own working hours based on the customers.
What the role entails
In this role, you work actively to contribute to your customers' success by creating conditions for increased profitability and more efficient time management. You build and develop strong relationships, where a pleasant and positive work environment with both customers and colleagues is a natural part of everyday life.
The work is characterized by an activity-based sales strategy within both your own and the company's shared customer base, where a professional and trust-building customer approach is combined with high delivery capability. You drive proactive sales work and conduct ongoing market analyses in close collaboration with customers and suppliers, with the aim of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Furthermore, you are responsible for providing qualified advice within construction technology and construction processes, acting as a support to the customer by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and involving specialist competence when necessary. You handle quotation and order processes with high accuracy and structure, contributing to efficiency and success for all parties. The role also includes drawing up and developing agreements of varying scope, as well as working in various digital systems and tools where teamwork is a given. Additionally, you plan and execute customer activities and events with the goal of strengthening relationships and creating a sustainable long-term business.
