The municipal staffing department is responsible for handling staffing needs within the preschool and primary school administration, the social services administration, and the service administration. The department provides support in staffing planning, supplies hourly paid employees, and supports operations in managing temporarily surplus staff.
Do you want to work with recruitment in a role where you take overall responsibility while contributing to development? We are now looking for a Staffing Manager who wants to ensure quality, efficiency, and professional treatment in our recruitment work.

Responsibilities
As a Staffing Manager, you play a central role in driving recruitment processes from need identification to appointment. You work closely with colleagues within the staffing department and in collaboration with other functions in the organization to meet the operational competence needs in an efficient and sustainable way.
The work involves analyzing recruitment needs, supporting operations and managers in their decisions, and driving the entire recruitment process from attracting candidates and marketing positions to selection, assessment, and appointment. You ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process. The role also includes work with salary setting, drawing up employment contracts, and onboarding into the staffing department.
You actively contribute to developing working methods and processes, strengthen our ability to attract the right competence, and drive improvement work within the recruitment area.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or another post-secondary education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience in recruitment throughout the entire process and good knowledge of the collective agreement General Provisions (AB) and the Employment Protection Act (LAS). You are confident in a role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with others. You have good skills in conducting needs analyses and are accustomed to supporting managers in recruitment matters.
You work in a structured manner, have good administrative skills, and experience in working with recruitment. It is meritorious if you have experience from public sector operations, employer branding, or development work.
As a person, you are self-reliant, solution-focused, and have a development-oriented approach to work. You have good communication skills, build trusting relationships, and thrive in a role where you switch between operational work and improvement work. You contribute to a positive work environment and have a holistic perspective.
To succeed in the role, you need to have very good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as the work involves continuous communication with operations as well as documentation and administration in our operational systems.
