About the Role

Lyrfågelskolan is located in the eastern part of Trollhättan and is a comprehensive school (grades 1-9). The school has just over 1,050 students and is divided into three units: grades 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9.

Responsibilities

In your role at Lyrfågelskolan, you will teach Spanish to students in grades 6 through 9. Mentoring duties may also be included in the position. Together with your fellow teachers, you will participate in the development of pedagogical work with the goal of creating good learning environments for the students.

You will work in an stimulating environment in close contact with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure adult with a clear approach, where the student perspective permeates your teaching.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified/certified teacher in Spanish. You should have good pedagogical and social competence, be well-versed in the documents governing compulsory school, and have the ability to adapt teaching based on the students' prerequisites.

We want you to have a positive view of the role and see it as a strength to work in a team. You are a good leader in the classroom with clarity in communication, goals, and results. We see that you are flexible in your working methods and have good collaboration skills.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Employment Information

The employment is a temporary position (substitute) during the autumn term. The employment period may be extended. Interviews will be held continuously during the application period.
