A family in Vallentuna is looking for a dedicated Family Manager to join them on a part-time basis. They are seeking a structured, proactive, and self-motivated person who enjoys combining childcare with practical household support. The family has two children, aged 9 months and 2.5 years.

The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, working on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Shifts are typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate the right candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Caring for the children
  • Occasionally dropping off and picking up the children from preschool
  • Preparing simple meals
  • Cleaning once a week
  • Organising the home, tidying up, and making beds
  • Occasionally grocery shopping and running other household errands

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is caring, responsible, and enjoys working with young children
  • Is organised and able to take initiative around the home
  • Holds a valid driver’s licence
  • Speaks Swedish, or alternatively has excellent English or French language skills
  • Is flexible, reliable, and has a service-oriented attitude
