🧑💼 Position: Full-time (100%), 6-month probation period
🕝 Working Hours: Varied hours – days, evenings, and weekends
⚖️ Split: Approx. 80% operational in the kitchen, 20% administrative
📍 Location: Öijaredsvägen 59, 448 92 Floda (car required, no public transport)
📝 Start Date: According to agreement

Öijared Resort is Sweden's largest golf facility, located in stunning nature just outside Gothenburg – surrounded by forests, lakes, and wildlife. The resort features a hotel, restaurant, conference facilities, and a relaxation area with a pool and sauna.

The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day kitchen operations and leading the kitchen team
Personnel management for the kitchen and breakfast teams – scheduling according to collective agreements and professional development
Ordering goods and purchasing
Kitchen economics and profitability: budgeting, inventory, waste reduction, and stocktaking
Menu and concept development in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager
Quality, hygiene, and the guest's overall experience
We are looking for you who are a confident leader and a passionate chef – you thrive equally in coaching your team and standing at the stove, and you help your employees grow.
RequirementsExperience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef with personnel responsibility
Proven ability to lead kitchen staff and work with kitchen economics, planning, and structure
Restaurant and hygiene training/certification
Valid driver's license (car is required to commute to the workplace)
Good proficiency in Swedish
Have a genuine interest in raw materials, preferably with a connection to forestry, game, and seasonality
Have knowledge of butchery
Have experience in seasonal operations with varying intensity
