Quick Facts

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day kitchen operations and leading the kitchen team

  • Personnel management for the kitchen and breakfast teams – scheduling according to collective agreements and professional development

  • Ordering goods and purchasing

  • Kitchen economics and profitability: budgeting, inventory, waste reduction, and stocktaking

  • Menu and concept development in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager

  • Quality, hygiene, and the guest's overall experience

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are a confident leader and a passionate chef – you thrive equally in coaching your team and standing at the stove, and you help your employees grow.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef with personnel responsibility

  • Proven ability to lead kitchen staff and work with kitchen economics, planning, and structure

  • Restaurant and hygiene training/certification

  • Valid driver's license (car is required to commute to the workplace)

  • Good proficiency in Swedish

It is a plus if you
  • Have a genuine interest in raw materials, preferably with a connection to forestry, game, and seasonality

  • Have knowledge of butchery

  • Have experience in seasonal operations with varying intensity
