We are expanding in Kungälv and are looking for you who want to work part-time dealing blackjack at bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in social environments, enjoy meeting people, and are comfortable with responsibility and clear rules.

As a dealer, you are our face to our partners. You create atmosphere, safety, and gaming excitement for the guests, while ensuring the game is conducted correctly and professionally.

About the role

Working as a dealer with us means you:

• are responsible for the blackjack table and the execution of the game
• meet guests in a professional, clear, and service-oriented manner
• create a positive and safe atmosphere, even in high-paced environments
• work independently but represent a strong and established brand

The work takes place in the evenings and nights, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays. Opportunities for additional shifts on weekdays exist, especially during the summer.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you:

• are social, confident, and comfortable meeting people
• can combine service with professionalism
• remain calm under pressure and are comfortable with responsibility
• have good communication skills
• enjoy evening and weekend work in nightlife environments

Previous experience is not required. We train our dealers internally; what matters most is your personality, attitude, and willingness to do a good job. Minimum age: 18.

• Free dealer training
• A flexible side job that fits well alongside studies or other work
• At least four weekend evenings per month (approx. 20 hours), with the possibility of more shifts
• Opportunity to transfer the job if you move to another city
• Salary according to collective agreement

Compensation:

• Starting salary from 156 SEK/hour, depending on relevant experience
• Supplemental pay, commission, and holiday pay
• Pension-eligible salary
