Taverna Averna is a classic bistro and bar featuring a timeless menu and artwork by 300 local artists. It is a meeting place for people throughout the week – from business lunches to dinners and relaxed bar evenings.

About you

You are confident in the kitchen and enjoy a service flow characterized by pace, structure, and good teamwork. You respect the ingredients, work cleanly and in an organized manner, and understand the importance of maintaining the same high standard on every plate, even when the restaurant is full and the pace is fast.

We believe you are someone who takes responsibility for both your own tasks and the overall kitchen operations. You communicate clearly with your team, step in where needed, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere throughout the service. Experience is important, but attitude, professional pride, and a sense of quality are equally significant.

At our restaurant, you work closely with both the kitchen and the dining room to create an experience that feels thoughtful, warm, and vibrant for our guests. You are accustomed to working according to routines and recipes, but you also have a feel for craftsmanship and the details that make a difference.
