Job Responsibilities

The role involves assisting the chef with meal preparation and cooking, preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as well as dishwashing and cleaning. Your duties also include assisting chefs with cooking, handling special diets, and baking, done from scratch as much as possible. Other kitchen tasks are included, such as self-control work, serving, dishwashing, local cleaning, receiving goods deliveries, and placing orders, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have documented basic education as an economic assistant/restaurant assistant or other large-scale catering education that the employer deems equivalent. You have knowledge of special diets and self-control measures. Previous experience in large kitchens, restaurants, and cleaning is meritorious.

As a person, you have good communication skills, can communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing, are meticulous, flexible, engaged, and stress-resistant. You take responsibility for your tasks and are good at organizing and planning your work. You are service-oriented, calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You are creative, come up with ideas and new approaches to work-related issues, and are flexible, seeing opportunities in change. Furthermore, you have good teamwork skills and relate to others in a listening and smooth manner. Additionally, you are structured and plan and prioritize your work efficiently.

You are driven by a genuine interest in food and health and find joy in delivering nutritious and well-prepared meals. We would like you to have the ability to spark curiosity and joy for food in our guests.
