Restaurant Sous Chef, Norda

Restaurant Norda at Clarion Hotel Post is now looking for a Sous Chef with a burning passion for cooking who wants to become part of our team and help create unforgettable dinner experiences for our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will prepare high-quality dishes while contributing to menu development and ensuring the food is presented in the best possible way.

At Norda, flavors from classic brasseries around the world blend with the best of the sea and the local season. We let inspiration from Paris, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires meet salty winds, fresh shellfish, and Nordic ingredients in their purest form. The result is a menu that feels both familiar and intriguing.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes in accordance with established procedures, routines, and profit goals.
• Daily organization and planning for à la carte, lunch, and brunch.
• Assist the Head Chef with controlling daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering goods, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Spread positivity and inspire your colleagues daily.

This is a 100% position starting in September. We have a 6-month probation period. The role involves varying shift work, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience from education in gastronomy and restaurant management, formal training, or work experience from the kitchen.
