The position is approximately 70%, which corresponds to about four shifts per week. Working hours are typically 22:00–06:00 or 22:30–07:00, depending on the needs of the operation.

Night work involves significant personal responsibility, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, flexible, and enjoy working in a small team.

During the night, you will usually work with a total of two or three people, meaning everyone needs to contribute and help each other to ensure smooth operations.

To give you the best possible conditions for success in the role, you need to be available for training during daytime hours. During this period, you will gain a solid foundation in our routines and ways of working before transitioning to night or late evening shifts according to the schedule.
