About the role – Become the heart of our resort

As Front Office Manager, you have overall responsibility for the hotel reception, which is the hub of our entire operation. Since we are a resort hotel, you and your team weave together the guest's entire stay – from accommodation and award-winning spa to restaurant visits and action-packed activities – into a fantastic whole.

You step directly into the hotel's management group, report directly to our Hotel Manager, and receive a genuine mandate to influence and develop the business.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Inspirational Leadership: You recruit, schedule, coach, and train your team. You are a visible leader who is involved in operations and enables your team to shine.

  • Business Acumen & Finance: You drive the department's budget, optimize upselling, make forecasts, and monitor KPIs with a sharp eye for profitability.

  • Operations & Systems: You ensure quality assurance of routines, handle guest feedback, and optimize our hotel systems (PMS) to ensure a seamless guest journey around the clock.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with other department heads (restaurant, spa, housekeeping, etc.) to maximize the resort's overall operations and guest satisfaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident and charismatic leader who loves high-paced environments and is driven by a strong sense of personal responsibility. You are structured enough to keep track of numbers and systems, but flexible enough to handle the most intense and wonderful days of high season with a smile.

We want you to have:

  • Several years of experience in hotel reception in a leadership role (e.g., as Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager).

  • Experience from resort, spa, or conference hotels (this is highly meritorious!).

  • Good knowledge of hotel systems (PMS), scheduling tools, as well as economics and budgeting.

  • The ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
