We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented à la carte waiters/waitresses for assignments with our clients ahead of the summer season. This position is a casual employment (on-call) role and assumes that you have another primary occupation, such as studies, your own business, or another job.

About the job: This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a restaurant environment, take pride in your profession, and are passionate about providing guests with a first-class experience. The work involves varying hours, primarily evenings and weekends.

The work takes place in professional restaurant environments where service, quality, and teamwork are central. In this role, you are responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. You accompany the guest throughout their visit, from the initial contact to payment, contributing to the restaurant maintaining a high service level and good pace. Cash handling and collaboration with the kitchen and other serving staff are part of the daily work.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least three years of documented experience in à la carte service and who is accustomed to working at a fast pace without compromising on quality. You are self-motivated and have a natural focus on service. With a positive and professional attitude, you create a sense of security for the guests and contribute to a good atmosphere within the team. You are responsible, flexible, can take charge of your own station, and thrive in a role where service and customer interaction are the focus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are experienced with cash register systems.

Additionally, good wine knowledge and basic bartending skills are considered a merit.
