About the Role

This is not a purely administrative management position – it is a dynamic hybrid role for an unpretentious and goal-oriented leader. As Destination Head Chef & Concept Manager, you will be part of our operational management team and report directly to the Hotel Director. You have the overarching, strategic responsibility for shaping, developing, and coordinating all food and snack concepts on the premises. At the same time, a significant part of your daily routine involves working actively, operationally, and visibly in the day-to-day operations at our units.

  • Scope: 100%.
  • Location: Nääs Fabriker.
  • Working hours: Varying (evenings and weekends are a natural part of our dynamic operations).

Your Specific Business Areas & Concrete Tasks

You coordinate and create a red thread between the destination's unique units:

  • Concept & Taste: You develop existing and new food concepts, set seasonal menus, and ensure an uncompromising taste profile for all kitchens (including the Factory Kitchen, which is operationally led by a subordinate head chef).
  • Our Unique Units: You manage and develop the Factory Kitchen, Pannhuset (incl. Coffee Roastery), Bröd & Malt (bakery/brewery/confectionery), our Food Studios with cooking courses, the new multi-arena Vadden, as well as our mobile Foodtrucks and Pop-ups.
  • Economics & Logistics: You control purchasing via the Nores collaboration, optimize scheduling and pricing, and are responsible for achieving economic goals per area.
  • Coordination: You coordinate staff, logistics, and resources for major events, weddings, Christmas buffets, and brunch buffets.

  • Experience & Structure: You have several years of experience in a leading, operational head chef or operations role at a larger restaurant or destination. You are accustomed to data-driven working methods, have strong analytical skills, and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
