We are looking for another Sous Chef – become part of our kitchen leadership team

We are now seeking an additional Sous Chef for our kitchen.

We already have a strong Sous Chef in place and are now looking for you who wants to complement the team and share responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations, development, and leadership. This role is perfect for you who want to take the next step in your career and help create structure, quality, and job satisfaction in a kitchen where teamwork is at the center.

About the Role

As a Sous Chef here, you and the other Sous Chef work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team. You share responsibility for daily operations and support each other in everything from service and personnel management to planning and development.

This means you will have significant responsibility, but also a colleague to collaborate with in the leadership role. Together, you ensure that the kitchen maintains high quality, operates efficiently, and continues to develop.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work in the kitchen together with the rest of the kitchen management
• Be involved in menu planning and development
• Work with ingredient costs, orders, and kitchen economics
• Contribute to staff planning and supervision
• Ensure routines, quality, and structure in daily work
• Serve as a role model in the kitchen and contribute to a positive work environment
• Drive service forward and ensure every plate meets high standards

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a cook/chef, preferably in a leadership role
• Is confident in your profession and enjoys taking responsibility
• Thrives in collaboration and leading together with others
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Has a positive attitude and contributes to a strong team spirit
• Wants to be part of the long-term development of the business
