Make every hotel stay a masterpiece

At Clarion Hotel Umeå, we are redefining first-class hospitality and service with urban sophistication, high standards, and a hotel atmosphere that is both vibrant and welcoming. We are now looking for two receptionists who know that every unforgettable hotel stay begins with a fantastic first impression that lasts throughout every guest interaction.

As part of our Guest Service Team, based at the reception, you will be the heart of the guest experience — ensuring that every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a hotel environment that feels both personal and first-class. You bring energy, charm, and genuine commitment to ensuring every guest feels valued and inspired every minute they are with us.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are based at the reception as your primary department — all guests should experience a welcoming environment and atmosphere!
  • Ensure that every guest journey runs smoothly, from booking and payments to handling guest requests
  • Assist hotel guests with questions and requests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Embody Clarion’s customer promise of style, quality, and energy in every guest interaction, delivering uninterrupted high-quality, personalized customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to create a seamless, high-quality guest experience
  • In the Guest Service team, we value close collaboration — not just between departments, but also through cross-work where the opportunity to work across multiple departments exists, to strengthen the overall service delivery

Employment conditions:

  • Employment level: 50-70%
  • Department: Guest Service - based at the reception
  • Working hours: Varying working hours, just like in hotels — so day, evening, and weekend work are included.
  • Salary: According to collective agreement.
  • Start date: August / September 2026
