Job Description: Bakery Sales Assistant

For our main shop in Muhr am See and our branches in Absberg, Gunzenhausen, Muhr am See, Merkendorf, and Weißenburg, we are looking for motivated full-time or part-time bakery sales assistants.

Your duties will include:

• Ordering stock and displaying it on the counter.
• Preparing various snacks, such as filled rolls.
• Advising and serving customers with expert knowledge.
• Creatively packaging and selling our baked goods to customers.
• Cleaning duties (in accordance with HACCP guidelines).
• Handling till operations.

Requirements

We expect:

• A completed apprenticeship in sales, relevant work experience, or the motivation to learn the relevant aspects of work.
• A keen interest in the bakery trade.
• A friendly manner and good communication skills.
• A strong desire to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
• The ability to work in a team, discipline, commitment, creativity, and the ability to take the initiative.
• An enjoyment of creatively decorating and presenting goods on the counter.

Working hours are to be agreed upon.

Required language skills: At least B1.

Essential requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship in sales, relevant work experience, or the motivation to learn the relevant aspects of work.
• Basic knowledge in Cashiering, Customer advice and support, Sales.
• Language skills B1.
