We are looking for a responsible and flexible night staff member who wants to become an important part of our team. The position is varied and suits you if you thrive working independently, have an eye for detail, and enjoy providing good service.
The position is approximately 75% with working hours 22:30–07:15. A rotating schedule with 7 days on duty followed by 7 days off.
Start: Beginning of August.
Responsibilities:
As a night staff member, you will have broad responsibilities including:
- Cleaning common areas and preparing for the next day.
- Preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet.
- Simple administrative tasks (e.g., handling check-ins and reporting).
- Ensuring the hotel remains in good condition during the night.
- Assisting guests and handling simple service matters when needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is meticulous, self-motivated, and takes great responsibility.
- Has a strong sense of service and a positive attitude.
- Can handle night shifts and a varied pace of work.
- Has basic computer skills.
- Has experience from the hotel, cleaning, or service industry (advantageous, but not required).
