About the Role

As a pizza baker at Bellora, you are responsible for preparing and baking pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards. You will become an important part of the kitchen team where speed, precision, and a sense of taste are crucial to providing our guests with a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and bake pizzas according to menus and routines
• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings, and ensure proper portioning and presentation
• Maintain high quality and taste in every dish
• Collaborate closely with serving staff for efficient delivery to guests
• Follow hygiene routines and HACCP requirements, and keep the workstation tidy
• Participate in menu development and suggest new pizza combinations

Qualifications

• Experience as a pizza baker
• Good sense of taste, quality, and presentation
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling of food
• Ability to work structured during periods of high tempo
• Basic Swedish in speech and writing; English is an advantage

About the Position

Employment Type: On-call/As needed until September
Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by mutual consent
