About the job
At Waynes Coffee, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused barista for an on-call position. As the role involves handling alcohol, you must be at least 20 years old.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Prepare food items.
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly.
- Maintain the café in a clean and tidy condition.
Your qualifications:
You are stress-resistant, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is a plus, but not required as we offer internal training on the job.
About the position:
- Duration: Fixed-term.
- Hours: Part-time, 50%. Scheduled working hours.
- Employment type: On-call/Needs-based. Working hours may vary depending on workload.
- Salary: Fixed monthly, weekly, or hourly wage.
