DOX Bistrot and Cocktaileria is an established French/Italian rooftop bistro in Alingsås, beautifully located near the train station at the top of the building with views over the city.

At our venue, the restaurant, bar, and kitchen merge into a vibrant, pulsating holistic experience where quality, professionalism, and authenticity permeate everything we do. Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to the menu.
• Create and experiment with new dishes.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of the food.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff to deliver a high-class dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a chef, preferably in French or Italian cuisine.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Creativity and passion for cooking.
• Flexibility with working hours.
