Smögens Hafvsbad is one of Sweden's most beautiful hotel, conference, and spa facilities, located in Bohuslän on the Swedish west coast. The property features 76 hotel rooms spread across two hotel buildings, a spa department with a wide range of treatments, a pool, a jacuzzi, a large conference facility, and an à la carte restaurant specializing in seafood delicacies.

About the Role

As a receptionist at Smögens Hafvsbad, you will work with guest services, bookings via phone and email, hosting conferences, and serving as a resource for other departments when needed, such as assisting with the breakfast buffet.

Your Qualifications

You have a genuine passion for service and a strong interest in our guests. You are flexible, responsible, and a positive person. Experience working under periods of high workload is an advantage. You must have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Working Hours and Start Date

We are looking for reception staff who can step in with short notice and work individual days as needed. The work is primarily during day and evening shifts, weekdays as well as weekends. Occasional night shifts may also be required.

Start date for training and introduction is in September or as agreed.

Salary and Conditions

Salary according to collective agreement.
