Team Leader Wanted for Our Burger King Restaurant!

We are looking for an engaged and motivated individual to fill the role of Team Leader at our restaurant. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our team by ensuring that employees have the resources and tools needed to perform their tasks optimally.

To be considered for the Team Leader role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the fast-food industry or a similar environment.
• Experience in leadership or similar positions of responsibility.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
