We are currently looking for experienced receptionists for upcoming assignments with our hotel clients.
As a receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, working to provide guests with professional service and a warm welcome. Your tasks may include, among other things:
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest service and customer interaction
- Booking management
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in the hotel industry
- Has experience with night shifts in hotels or reception
- Has a bonus if you are familiar with the booking system MEWS
- Is service-oriented and professional
- Can take shifts with short notice
- Is flexible and responsible
